Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 11pkr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at https://11pkr.bet and all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and services offered thereunder.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 11pkr platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 11pkr platform.

These Terms apply to all Pakistani players registered on 11pkr, regardless of the device, browser, or network used to access the platform. They cover all products offered on 11pkr, including sports betting (cricket, kabaddi, football, tennis, UFC), live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti), slot games, Callbreak, and all other gaming services made available now or in the future.

To register and use the 11pkr platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is strictly enforced at the point of KYC verification and applies to all players from Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Peshawar, and all other locations in Pakistan.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 11pkr or any of its affiliated companies, service providers, or technology partners.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 11pkr account. Only one account per person is permitted at any time.

To access the full range of 11pkr services, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. The information you provide must match the details on your official Pakistani identity documents.

You are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. KYC verification on 11pkr requires submission of the following documents:

• A clear photograph or scan of your National Identity Card (CNIC) — both front and back.
• Proof of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your EasyPaisa or JazzCash account showing your registered mobile number).
• In some cases, a selfie holding your CNIC alongside a handwritten note with the date and "11pkr" may be requested by the compliance team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. 11pkr will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. All financial transactions on 11pkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversion fees. The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, although your payment provider may apply their own limits.
• EasyPaisa and JazzCash deposits typically reflect in your 11pkr balance within 1–5 minutes of successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) may take up to 2 hours during business hours and up to 6 hours outside business hours.
• 11pkr does not charge any deposit processing fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your verified 11pkr account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• EasyPaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within an average of 30 minutes, subject to KYC clearance and fraud review.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal request is approved.
• 11pkr reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further verification.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 11pkr, including cricket, kabaddi, football, tennis, UFC, and all other sports markets offered on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where an in-play cash-out option is available and exercised by the player within the available window.
• 11pkr reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly displayed in error (a "palpable error"). Where a palpable error is identified, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement will follow the specific sport rules detailed in 11pkr's sportsbook rules documentation, which is available within the platform's help section.
• For cricket betting specifically — including PSL, international T20s, Test matches, and the Asia Cup — the result used for settlement is the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC) at the time of settlement. DLS-adjusted results apply where the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method is invoked.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. Specific limits are displayed within each market. 11pkr reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its sole discretion.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any point during an event. Bets placed before a suspension are valid; bets placed after a market has been suspended will be voided.

The following terms apply to all casino products on 11pkr, including live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti), slot machines, Callbreak, Andar Bahar, Rummy, and all other RNG-based games available on the platform:

• All casino games on 11pkr are powered by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Play'n GO. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, the round in progress will be settled according to the game's outcome at the point of disconnection. 11pkr is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface before play begins.
• Callbreak tournaments operate under the specific tournament rules displayed at the time of entry. Entry fees and prize structures are confirmed before registration in any tournament.
• 11pkr publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games. These are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome within an individual session.

11pkr offers various promotional incentives to registered Pakistani players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds and will be used for wagering first before real money balances are touched.
• Wagering requirements state how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before any withdrawal can be made from the associated balance.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, wagering contributions from sports betting count at 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino games count at 20%; slot games count at 100%; Callbreak and card games count at 50%.
• Bonuses are available to one player per household, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in account suspension.

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 7 days. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Players can cap their net losses across a defined time period. These limits apply across all game types on the platform.
• Session Time Limits: Players can set maximum session durations and receive reminders when approaching their chosen limit.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players can suspend their account for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, or 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and no marketing communications are sent.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 11pkr platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all bets and winnings, and withholding of deposited funds pending investigation:

• Opening or operating more than one 11pkr account at any time.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial player activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown platform error will be voided.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting across multiple accounts, or any other activity designed to systematically exploit bonus offers.
• Colluding with other players in casino or card game sessions, including sharing hands, cards, or game state information in real time.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 11pkr platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the 11pkr platform or its content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the 11pkr name, logo, or brand assets in any context without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the 11pkr platform.
• Create derivative works based on any 11pkr content or technology.

Unauthorised use of 11pkr intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action under applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11pkr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 11pkr platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures, including those occurring during live betting events or casino sessions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where 11pkr has fulfilled its security obligations.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game results, or market data caused by data feed errors from third-party providers.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, content, or communication published on the 11pkr platform.

Where 11pkr's liability cannot be excluded by law, it shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11pkr collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://11pkr.bet/privacy-policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including your name, CNIC number, date of birth, mobile number, and payment account details — is used solely for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of 11pkr services. This data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

11pkr may share your data with licensed third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the platform (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification services, game providers) under strict data processing agreements. 11pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider linked to your account.
• Identification of the account holder as being under 21 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 11pkr reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited entirely.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 11pkr's operating jurisdiction. The platform operates under an internationally recognised online gaming licence issued by a recognised regulatory authority.
